探讨多元化教学方法在中医妇科学教学中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨多元化教学方法在中医妇科学教学中的应用效果,为多元化教学方法在中医妇科的临床应用教学提供理论教学依据。方法该次研究样本选取时间为2018年8月-2019年1月,研究对象为此期间于长春中医药大学就读的在校本科生,共计180人。根据专业类型将所有本科生平均分成两组,即2015级针灸专业学生为对照组(n=90),2015年级中医专业学生为实验组(n=90),其中对照组采用常规带教式方法进行教学,实验组采用多元化教学法进行教学,实习结束后对两组实习生进行考核,对比两组实习生的教学效果调查。结果实验组学生理论知识及格率82.22%,对照组学生理论知识及格率68.89%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.272, P=0.024);实验组学生实践操作及格率77.78%,对照组学生实践操作及格率65.56%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.432,P=0.032)。结论多元化教学方法应用在中医妇科临床教学中效果明显,为中医妇科临床教学提供了良好的理论依据,值得中医科临床实习带教推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of diversified teaching methods in the teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine,and to provide theoretical teaching basis for the clinical application teaching of diversified teaching methods in gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The sample of this study was selected from August 2018 to January 2019.The study subjects were 180 undergraduates who were studying at Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during this period.All undergraduates were divided into two groups according to the type of specialty,that is,the 2015 acupuncture students were the control group(n=90),and the 2015 students were the experimental group(n=90),of which the control group used conventional teaching methods for teaching,the experimental group used diversified teaching methods for teaching.After the internship,the two groups of interns were evaluated,and the teaching effects of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge pass rate of students in the experimental group was 82.22%,and the theoretical pass rate of students in the control group was 68.89%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.272,P=0.024);the practical operation pass rate of students in the experimental group was 77.78%,compared with the pass rate of students in the practice group was 65.56%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.432,P=0.032).Conclusion The application of the diversified teaching method in the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine and gynecology has obvious effects,which provides a good theoretical basis for clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine and gynecology,and is worthy of the promotion of clinical practice teaching in traditional Chinese medicine.
