摘要
目的探究呼吸科护理带教中应用一对一带教模式教学质量。方法选取2018年4月-2019年5月该院呼吸科的护理实习生70例,采用随机数字抽样表法分为对照组、观察组,对照组应用常规教学带教,观察组应用一对一带教模式,观察教学活动后实习生的教学满意度、护理基础成绩、护理技能操作成绩、护理不良事件发生率。结果观察组的教学满意度为94.29%(33/35),对照组是65.71%(23/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生的护理基础成绩、护理技能操作成绩均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理不良事件发生率为5.71%(2/35),对照组为22.86%(8/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸科护理带教中应用一对一带教模式的教学质量显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the teaching quality of one-to-one teaching mode in nursing teaching of respiratory department.Methods A total of 70 nursing interns from April 2018 to May 2019 in the hospital's respiratory department were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number sampling table.The control group should be taught by conventional teaching and the observation group should be used one-to-one.Take the teaching mode to observe the teaching satisfaction,basic nursing scores,nursing skill operation scores,and incidence of adverse nursing events after the teaching activities.Results The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 94.29%(33/35)and that of the control group was 65.71%(23/35).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the basic nursing scores and nursing skills of the trainees in the observation group of the operating performance was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse nursing events in the observation group was 5.71%(2/35),and the control group was 22.86%(8/35).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching quality of one-to-one teaching mode in nursing teaching of respiratory department is remarkable and worthy of promotion.
