基于真实患者PBL教学在耳鼻咽喉科教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨基于真实患者PBL教学在耳鼻咽喉科教学中的应用。方法选取82名湖北中医药大学中西医结合专业临床八年制学生,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组41名,观察组41名,对照组给予传统教学,观察组给予基于真实患者PBL教学,比较两组接受教学前后耳鼻喉知识各项得分,比较两组教学方法学习效果。结果接受教学前两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),接受教学后观察组在耳鼻喉知识各项得分普遍优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组学习效果高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻咽喉科教学中采用基于真实患者为基础的PBL教学法,能有效提高学生的学习效率,更好地教授学生应用临床知识和技能,提升职业意识,帮助学生更好掌握临床病例的分析、整理和处理能力,发挥更好的教学效果,值得在教学中推广应用。 Objective To explore the application of PBL teaching based on real patients in ENT teaching.Methods A total of 82 students from Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with 8-year clinical integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 in the control group and 41 in the observation group.In PBL teaching,the scores of ENT knowledge before and after the two groups were compared,and the learning effects of the two methods were compared.Results The two groups were comparable before teaching(P>0.05).The scores of ENT knowledge in the observation group were generally better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the learning effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PBL teaching method based on real patients in ENT teaching can effectively improve the learning efficiency of students,better teach students the application of clinical knowledge and skills,enhance professional awareness,and help students better grasp the clinical case.The ability of analysis,sorting and processing to give play to better teaching results is worth popularizing and applying in teaching.
