基于随身课堂的翻转课堂教学模式在人体解剖学课程中的应用与效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的探索基于随身课堂的翻转课堂教学模式在人体解剖学课程中的应用效果和价值。方法选取该校2018级中医学专业学生98名同学作为研究对象,运用抽签法进行分组,实验组与参照组各48名,实验组实施翻转课堂教学,参照组实施常规教学,对比两组学生的教学效果。结果对比两组学生考试成绩,实验组基础理论知识、人体解剖标本认知得分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组学生学习兴趣、表达能力、自主学习能力、知识扩展程度、灵活运用知识评分均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组学习能力、学习态度以及学习效率评分均高于参照组(P<0.05);实验组教学满意度97.96%高于对照组满意度85.71%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于随身课堂的翻转课堂教学在人体解剖学课程教学中具有重要意义,能显著提升教学质量,提高学生学习兴趣,改善学生自主学习能力,加强学习效益,提升学生对教学满意度,促进学生全面掌握人体解剖学的知识,值得推广与应用。 Objective To explore the application effect and value of the flip-based classroom teaching model based on portable classroom in the course of"Human Anatomy".Methods Select 98 students of 2018 Chinese medicine majors in our school as the research object,and use the lottery method to group.The experimental group and the reference group were each of 48 cases.The experimental group implemented flipped classroom teaching,and the reference group implemented conventional teaching.Teaching effect of the two groups were compared.Results The test scores of the two groups of students were compared.The experimental group's basic theoretical knowledge and human anatomical specimens'cognitive scores were higher than the reference group,with significant differences(P<0.01).The experimental group's students'learning interest,expression ability,autonomous learning ability,and knowledge expansion degree scores of flexible use of knowledge were better than the reference group,with significant differences(P<0.01);the learning ability,attitude and efficiency of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.96%higher than the satisfaction rate of the control group was 85.71%,and the contrast between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusion The flip-based classroom teaching based on the carry-on classroom is of great significance in the teaching of Human Anatomy,which can significantly improve the quality of teaching,enhance students'learning interest,improve students'autonomous learning ability,strengthen learning effectiveness,enhance students'satisfaction with teaching,and promote students to have comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy,which is worthy of promotion and application.
