新大气导则下基于焦化项目的大气环境影响评价探讨

Discussion on air environmental impact assessment based on coking project under new atmospheric guidelines

本文应用新大气导则(HJ2.2-2018),分别从评价等级与范围、环境空气质量现状调查与评价、污染源调查、大气环境影响预测与评价四方面对某焦化项目的大气环境影响进行了评价,探讨了新旧大气导则的变化,提出了焦化项目大气环境影响评价的方法与建议。

In this paper,the new atmospheric guidelines(hj2.2-2018)are applied to evaluate the atmospheric environmental impact of a coking project from the four aspects of evaluation level and scope,investigation and evaluation of ambient air quality status,investigation of pollution sources,prediction and evaluation of atmospheric environmental impact.The changes of the new and old atmospheric guidelines are discussed,and the methods and suggestions of atmospheric environmental impact assessment of coking project are put forward.
