石化行业固定顶储罐VOCs排放的全过程管控对策研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文通过实际对比我国与发达国家典型炼厂各源项的排放结构情况,发现我国储罐排放量占比偏大。因此,为了在日常过程中实现减排的目的,从企业管理的角度来看,针对中国储罐,尤其是固定顶罐的无组织排放,需要实施精细化管控。本文选取常压固定顶罐一台,以单参数为变量核算排放量,考察分析这些参数对排放量的影响。结论显示:储存温度、呼吸阀运行状态、罐漆颜色等是影响固定顶罐排放量的主要因素。建议企业从调整储存温度、定期检测呼吸阀运行状态、增设油气回收设施、改变漆况及漆色等方面来制定日常维护管理制度及改造计划,从过程管理的层面来减少固定顶储罐VOCs的排放。 By comparing the sources emissions in typical refinery between China and the developed countries,it is found that the proportion of tank emissions in China is more than other countries.So,in order to achieve the purpose of reduction emissions in the daily work,the Chinese tank,especially fixed roof tanks unorganized emissions need detailed control from the point of view of enterprise management.This paper selected an atmospheric fixed roof tank,according the relevant methods to calculate emissions,which is respectively in a single parameter for variable to analyze the impact of these factors on emissions.The conclusion shows that:the storage temperature,status of the breathing valve,the color of tank are the main factors for affecting the emissions of fixed roof tank.For those factors,we suggested that refinery can make daily maintenance management system and renovation plan by adjusting storage temperature,checking the operating status of the breathing valve regularly,changing of paint and the coat of tank,putting into oil gas recovery to reduce the volatile organic compounds(VOCs)from fixed roof tank emission form the process of management.
