离子色谱仪最小检测浓度的不确定度探讨

摘要 本文主要依据JJG823-1993《离子色谱仪》所给出的离子最小浓度的检测方法,运用了规范化的最小检测浓度不确定测量模型,对第一次的测量离子最小的检测浓度的不确定性进行了有效的研究分析以及评价,通过研究分析可以得出直接关系到最小检测浓度的主要成分以及有关的灵敏度系数。根据试验研究结果证明,在试验当中,直接影响最小检测出浓度的主要分量为标准物质的稀释过程当中,包含了人员配置方面以及操作误差,在这两个因素会直接引起离子色谱仪最小检测浓度的不确定,其中,人员配置以及使用的仪器指标在最小检测浓度不确定度的过程中起到了重要的作用。 Based on the detection method of the minimum ion concentration given in JJG823-1993“Ion chromatograph”,this paper uses the standardized uncertainty measurement model of the minimum detection concentration to effectively analyze and evaluate the uncertainty of the first measurement of the minimum ion detection concentration.Through the research and analysis,it can be concluded that the main factor directly related to the minimum detection concentration the components and the related sensitivity coefficient are required.According to the test results,it is proved that in the process of diluting the reference material,the main component that directly affects the minimum detected concentration,includes the personnel allocation and operation error.These two factors will directly cause the uncertainty of the minimum detected concentration of the ion chromatograph,among which,the uncertainty of the personnel allocation and the instrument index used in the minimum detected concentration it plays an important role in the process.
