水环境监测全过程质量体系构建及措施研究

Research on construction and measures of quality system for water environment monitoring

目前,我国在环境保护污染治理方面遇到了很多难题,尤其是水环境保护。很多工厂肆意排放工业废水,致使水体富营养化,造成了严重的环境污染,也严重危害了人们的身体健康,不利于经济的可持续发展。青山绿水才是真正的金山银山,保护水环境是经济发展和人民生活的需要,治理水环境必须要注重水环境监测。基于此,本文简单介绍了水环境监测上遇到的一些问题,探讨了如何构建水环境监测全过程质量体系,并对水环境监测措施进行了研究。

At present,China has encountered many problems in the treatment of environmental protection pollution,especially water environmental protection.Many factories wantonly discharge industrial waste water,resulting in eutrophication of water bodies,causing serious environmental pollution,and also seriously jeopardizing people’s health and not conducive to sustainable economic development.Green mountains and green waters are the true golden mountains and silver mountains.Protecting the water environment is the need for economic development and people’s lives.To control the water environment,we must pay attention to water environment monitoring.This article will briefly introduce some problems encountered in water environment monitoring,and explore how to build a quality system for the whole process of water environment monitoring and study water environment monitoring measures.
