关于生态环境部门预算绩效指标编制的思考与分析

绩效指标作为绩效目标的重要组成部分,其编制是预算绩效管理目标编制环节中的一个难点。本文通过对绩效指标设置中存在的问题进行梳理并提出相应的指标设置建议,以期提高预算编制的科学性、规范性和可操作性,以及项目预算对任务工作的支撑效率。

As an important part of performance objectives,the establishment of performance indicators is a difficulty in the establishment of budget performance management objectives.This paper combs the problems existing in the setting of performance indicators and puts forward corresponding suggestions to improve the scientificity,standardization and operability of budgeting,as well as the supporting efficiency of project budget to task work.
