Status and prospects of operational supervision of domestic waste treatment facilities

随着“十三五”期间生活垃圾规划处理能力的持续增加和焚烧比例的不断提高,处理设施的运行监管日益得到国家和地方的重视。本文从生活垃圾处理设施监管的现状、发展趋势两方面进行了梳理总结,并针对监管定位、监管内容及人员素质要求、监管方式等进行了展望和建议。

With the continuous increase in the planning and processing capacity of domestic garbage and the continuous increase in the proportion of incineration during the“Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”period,the operation and supervision of treatment facilities have increasingly received national and local attention.This article summarizes the current status and development trends of domestic waste treatment facility supervision,and makes prospects and recommendations for supervision positioning,supervision content,personnel quality requirements,and supervision methods.
