Discussion and revision on the establishment of management system documents of environment inspection body laboratory

RB/T214-2017《检验检测机构资质认定能力评价检验检测机构通用要求》于2019年1月1日全面实施,《检验检测机构资质认定生态环境监测机构评审补充要求》(以下简称“补充要求”)自2019年5月1日起实施,生态环境监测机构的管理体系文件应依据RB/T214-2017和“补充要求”等编制。本文就生态环境监测机构的管理体系文件的建立和改版进行讨论,包括组织、策划、实施、运行等,为完成管理体系文件的建立或改版以及生态环境监测机构工作的顺利开展奠定基础。

Competence assessment for inspection body laboratory mandatory approval-General requirements for inspection body laboratory(RB/T 214-2017)was fully implemented on January 1,2019,and Inspection body laboratory mandatory approval-The supplementary requirements for environment inspection body laboratory(“Supplementary requirements”)was implemented on May 1,2019.The management system documents of environment inspection body laboratory should be in accordance with RB/T 214-2017 and supplementary requirements,etc.The establishment and modification of management system documents was discussed in this paper,including organization,planning,implementation,operation,etc.The result can lay a foundation for completing the establishment or modification of the management system documents,and for the smooth development of the environment inspection body laboratory.
