腹腔镜与开腹胃癌根治术治疗进展期胃癌的临床对比评价

Comparative Evaluation of Laparoscopic and Open Radical Gastrectomy for Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的进一步深入细致地分析和探究腹腔镜与开腹胃癌根治术治疗进展期胃癌的临床治疗效果,比较两种方法的治疗效果,为临床实践提供参考。方法有针对性地方便选择该院在2018年2-12月所接收的进展期胃癌60例患者作为研究的研究对象,按照数字随机的方法分成对照组和观察组,各有30例,其中观察组有针对性地实施腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗方法,对照组患者有针对性地实施开腹胃癌根治术治疗方法。两组患者经过相对应的手术治疗之后,对患者所呈现出的手术时间,手术过程中的出血量,住院时间以及手术之后的术后并发症发生几率等相关情况,进行分析和对比。结果观察组患者的手术时间(213.5±20.53)min、术中出血量(70.3±4.7)mL、住院时间(7.2±2.3)d,明显优于对照组的(299.6±50.6)min、(244.2±10.8)mL、(9.2±3.6)d,组间比较差异有统计学意义(t=8.636、80.867、2.564,P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为6.67%明显低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.667,P<0.05)。结论针对患者的实际情况有效采取腹腔镜根治术治疗方法,效果更为显著,临床实践中有着更为显著的应用价值。

Objective To further analyze and explore the clinical effects of laparoscopy and open radical gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer,and to compare the therapeutic effects of the two methods to provide references for clinical practice.Methods A targeted selection of 60 patients with advanced gastric cancer received by the hospital from February to December 2018 was convenient used as the research object in this study.They were divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,according to a digital random method.There were 30 cases,in which the observation group implemented a laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for the treatment of gastric cancer,and the control group of patients performed an open radical gastrectomy for the treatment of gastric cancer.After the corresponding surgical treatment of the two groups of patients,the related operating conditions,the amount of bleeding during the operation,the length of hospital stay,and the probability of postoperative complications after the operation were analyzed and compared.Results The operation time of the observation group was(213.5±20.53)min,the intraoperative blood loss was(70.3±4.7)mL,and the length of hospital stay(7.2±2.3)d,which was significantly better than the control group(299.6±50.6)min,(244.2±10.8)mL,(9.2±3.6)d,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.636,80.867,2.564,P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,33.33%.The difference was statistically significant significance(χ^2=6.667,P<0.05).Conclusion According to the actual situation of patients,laparoscopic radical surgery is effectively adopted.The effect is more significant.It has more significant application value in clinical practice.
