丹参联合醒脑静注射液对高血压性脑出血患者继发性脑水肿及日常生活能力的影响研究

Effect of Danshen Combined with Xingnaojing Injection on Secondary Cerebral Edema and Daily Living Ability in Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨丹参联合醒脑静注射液对高血压性脑出血患者继发性脑水肿及日常生活能力的影响。方法该次研究对象为方便选取该院2017年1月-2018年12月期间收治的50例高血压性脑出血患者,根据治疗方法将其分成两组,每组25例,对照组使用醒脑静注射液治疗,观察组在此基础上加用丹参,比较两组患者治疗前后的继发性脑水肿体积以及脑水肿消退速度、治疗后患者日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分优良率。结果治疗前两组患者的脑水肿体积差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的脑水肿体积比对照组小(t=4.862,P<0.05);脑水肿消退速度比对照组快(t=3.124,P<0.05);观察组的ADL评分优良率(88.00%)比对照组(68.00%)高(χ^2=4.500,P<0.05)。结论丹参联合醒脑静注射液治疗高血压性脑出血,可以有效消除患者继发性脑水肿,提高其日常生活能力。

Objective To investigate the effects of Danshen combined with Xingnaojing injection on secondary cerebral edema and daily living ability in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The subjects of this study were 50 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated convenient selection in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,25 cases in each group,and the control group was treated with Xingnaojing treatment of injection,the observation group added salvia miltiorrhiza on this basis,and compared the volume of secondary cerebral edema before and after treatment,the rate of cerebral edema subsidence,and the excellent rate of ADL scores after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the volume of cerebral edema between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the volume of cerebral edema was smaller in the observation group than in the control group(t=4.862,P<0.05);Cerebral edema resolves faster than control group(t=3.124,P<0.05);the excellent rate of ADL score(90.00%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(68.00%)(χ^2=4.500,P<0.05).Conclusion Danshen combined with Xingnaojing injection in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can effectively eliminate secondary cerebral edema in patients and improve their daily living ability.
