摘要
目的探讨丁苯酞注射液联合银杏二萜内酯葡胺治疗脑梗塞的效果及对神经功能的影响。方法方便选取2017年9月-2019年3月收治的120例脑梗塞患者按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用丁苯酞注氯化钠射液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用银杏二萜内酯葡胺。对比两组治疗效果、不良反应及治疗前、后神经功能。结果观察组治疗的总有效率96.67%,明显高于对照组的83.33%(χ^2=5.930,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率3.33%,与对照组的1.67%比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.340,P>0.05);观察组治疗前NIHSS得分(13.28±4.55)分,与对照组的(13.06±4.79)分比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.258,P>0.05);观察组治疗后NIHSS得分(7.32±1.56)分,与治疗前相比较有明显降低(t=9.598,P<0.01);对照组治疗后NIHSS得分(8.49±1.75)分,与治疗前相比较有明显降低(t=6.941,P<0.01);且观察组治疗后NIHSS得分明显低于对照组(t=3.866,P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞注射液联合银杏二萜内酯葡胺能有效提高脑梗塞患者的治疗效果,并改善神经功能,且无明显不良反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of butylphthalide injection combined with ginkgo diterpene lactone glucosamine on cerebral infarction and its effect on nerve function.Methods A total of 120 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated convenient selection from September 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection,and the observation group was treated with ginkgo diterpene lactone glucosamine on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,adverse reactions,and neural function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%in the control group(χ^2=5.930,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,which was not statistically significantly different from 1.67%in the control group(χ^2=0.340,P>0.05);the NIHSS score of the observation group before treatment was(13.28±4.55)points,which was not statistically significantly different from the(13.06±4.79)points of the control group(t=0.258,P>0.05);the NIHSS score of the observation group after treatment(7.32±1.56)points,a significant decrease compared with before treatment(t=9.598,P<0.01);the control group's NIHSS score(8.49±1.75)points after treatment,a significant decrease compared with before treatment(t=6.941,P<0.01);and the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment(t=3.866,P<0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalein injection combined with ginkgo diterpene lactone glucosamine can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with cerebral infarction and improve neural function without significant adverse reactions.
