针对性麻醉护理对甲状腺癌患者手术麻醉苏醒后躁动程度的影响

Effect of Targeted Anesthesia Nursing on the Degree of Restlessness after Surgical Anesthesia in Patients with Thyroid Cancer

目的研究针对性麻醉护理对甲状腺癌患者手术麻醉苏醒后躁动程度的影响。方法方便选取该院2017年5月-2019年5月期间收治的120例甲状腺癌患者作为该次研究的对象,按照手术的先后顺序分为两组:试验组和常规组(各60例)。常规组行手术室常规护理,试验组在常规护理的基础上加用针对性麻醉护理,对比两组患者苏醒期的躁动发生情况、心率、血压的变化。结果试验组患者的躁动发生率21.67%显著低于常规组38.33%(χ^2=3.968,P=0.046);两组患者的心率、血压在针对性麻醉护理前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实施针对性麻醉护理后试验组的苏醒期心率(80.34±5.41)次/min、苏醒期收缩压(143.35±6.45)mmHg、苏醒期舒张压(86.21±6.75)mmHg均低于常规组(t=5.436,P=0.000;t=5.331,P=0.000;t=2.689,P=0.008)。结论对外科手术甲状腺癌患者实施针对性麻醉护理,能够降低患者苏醒期的躁动程度,还可以降低患者苏醒期的心率和血压。

Objective To study the effect of targeted anesthesia nursing on the degree of restlessness after anaesthesia in patients with thyroid cancer.Methods Convenient selection of 120 patients with thyroid cancer treated in the hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were the subjects of this study.They were divided into two groups according to the order of surgery:experimental group and conventional group(60 cases each).The routine group received routine nursing care in the operating room.The experimental group added targeted anesthesia care on the basis of routine care,and compared the changes in agitation,heart rate,and blood pressure during the awake period between the two groups.Results The incidence of agitation in the experimental group was 21.67%,which was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(38.33%)(χ^2=3.968,P=0.046).There was no statistical difference in heart rate and blood pressure between the two groups of patients before targeted anesthesia care.After anesthesia nursing,the test group's heart rate(80.34±5.41)times/min,systolic blood pressure(143.35±6.45)mmHg,and diastolic blood pressure(86.21±6.75)mmHg during wake-up period were lower than those in the conventional group(t=5.436,P=0.000;t=5.331,P=0.000;t=2.689,P=0.008).Conclusion Targeted anesthesia care for patients with thyroid cancer during surgery can reduce the degree of agitation during the patient's recovery period,and can also reduce the heart rate and blood pressure of the patient during the recovery period.
