优质护理在产科康复护理中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Quality Nursing in Obstetric Rehabilitation Nursing

目的以产科孕产妇为例,对产科康复护理中优质护理的应用效果进行分析评价。方法该次采取随机数字表法,将方便选取的该院在2018年1月-2019年1月收治的200名孕产妇作为研究的对象,按随机数字表法分成两组,其中对照组100名在产科康复护理中采取常规护理方法,观察组100名在产科康复护理中则采取优质护理方法,进一步对两组护理效果进行分析评价。结果①在自然分娩率、剖宫产率方面,观察组分别为84.00%、16.00%,均显著低于对照组的56.00%、44.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.287、9.265,P<0.05)。②在SAS、SDS评分方面,护理后观察组分别为(10.28±3.14)、(11.29±2.19)分,均明显低于对照组的(21.78±7.81)、(20.15±4.12)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.267、7.128,P<0.05)。③观察组护理总满意度为96.00%,与对照组的68.00%比较明显要高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.253,P<0.05)。结论在产科康复护理过程中,采取优质护理具备明显的作用,能够使产妇自然分娩率提升,使产妇产后心理状态改善,并促进产妇对护理服务工作的满意程度。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of high-quality nursing in obstetric rehabilitation nursing by taking obstetric pregnant women as an example.Methods This time,the random number table method was adopted.Convenient select 200 pregnant women admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were taken as the research object.The random number table method was used to divide the patients into two groups,of which 100 patients in the control group were recovered in obstetrics.Conventional nursing methods were adopted in the nursing,and 100 cases in the observation group adopted high-quality nursing methods in the obstetric rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were further analyzed and evaluated.Results 1.In terms of natural birth rate and cesarean section rate,the observation group was 84.00%and 16.00%,which were significantly lower than the control group's 56.00%and 44.00%.The difference between the two groups were statistically significantly different(χ^2=11.287,9.265,P<0.05).2.In terms of SAS and SDS scores,the observation group after nursing was(10.28±3.14)points and(11.29±2.19)points,which were significantly lower than the control group's(21.78±7.81)points and(20.15±4.12)points.There were statistically significant differences in the data between the two groups(t=8.267,7.128,P<0.05).3.The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than the 68.00%in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of data(χ^2=11.253,P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of obstetric rehabilitation nursing,the use of high-quality nursing has obvious effects,which can increase the natural delivery rate of women,improve the postpartum psychological state of women,and promote the satisfaction of women in nursing services.
