高分辨率核磁共振成像与CTA成像在大脑中动脉狭窄与斑块应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究大脑中动脉狭窄与斑块性质运用高分辨率核磁共振成像与CTA成像进行评价的效果情况。方法方便选取在2017年4月-2019年4月该院收治的大脑中动脉狭窄患者32例,所有患者均经数字减影血管造影确诊,分别对患者实施高分辨率核磁共振成像检查和CTA成像检查。结果高分辨率核磁共振成像大脑中动脉狭窄诊断检出率51.56%与CTA成像诊断检出率48.44%相比差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.251,P>0.05)。相比于CTA成像诊断,高分辨率核磁共振成像诊断对大脑中动脉斑块的总检出率(37.50%)和稳定斑块检出率(20.31%)、易损斑块检出率(17.19%)均较高(χ^2=12.095、10.625、11.541,P<0.05)。结论大脑中动脉狭窄与斑块性质运用高分辨率核磁共振成像与CTA成像进行评价的效果均十分显著,但是相比于CTA成像检查,运用高分辨率核磁共振成像检查能够更好地对大脑中动脉狭窄和斑块性质进行评价。 Objective To investigate the effects of evaluation of stenosis and plaque properties of middle cerebral artery using high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging and CTA imaging.Methods Thirty-two patients with middle cerebral artery stenosis admitted in the hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were convenient selected.All patients were confirmed by digital subtraction angiography.High-resolution magnetic resonance imaging and CTA imaging examination were performed on the patients.Results The diagnostic detection rate of high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging of middle cerebral artery stenosis was 51.56%,which was not statistically significant compared with the diagnostic detection rate of CTA imaging of 48.44%(χ^2=0.251,P>0.05).Compared with CTA imaging diagnosis,high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging diagnosis of total cerebral artery plaque detection rate(37.50%),stable plaque detection rate(20.31%),vulnerable plaque detection rate(17.19%)higher(χ^2=12.095,10.625,11.541,P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging and CTA imaging on evaluation of middle cerebral artery stenosis and plaque properties are very significant,but compared with CTA imaging examination,high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging examination can better the brain middle arterial stenosis and plaque properties were evaluated.
