进入21世纪以来,随着中国综合国力的不断增强,国际地位也随之进一步提升,中国需要自己话语权的呼声也日益引起世界的关注。与此同时,认为美国相对衰落,全球权力重心东移,全球化的发展方向中关于中国成为美国新的挑战者的判断似乎正在得到越来越多的认可。以美欧为代表的西方文明依然是世界上最重要、最强大的文明,工业革命以来,西方文明从没放弃过对世界其他文明的渗透和影响。在此背景下,中国要想成功地实现民族复兴,在对外开放参与全球化的过程中要坚定文化自信,通过合作共赢开展交流,与世界共享中国发展的机遇、成果与经验,积极寻求合作机遇,构建中国话语权,只有坚持中国道路人类命运共同体才会实现。

since the beginning of the 21st century,With the continuous enhancement of China’s comprehensive national strength,its international status has been further enhanced.The voice of China’s need for its own voice has increasingly attracted the attention of the world.At the same time,it seems that relative decline of the United States,shift of global power center to the East,and the judgment that China has become a new challenger of the United States in the direction of globalization seems to be getting more and more recognition.Western civilization represented by the United States and Europe is still the most important and powerful civilization in the world.Since the industrial revolution,Western civilization has never given up its infiltration and influence on other civilizations in the world.In this context,in order to successfully realize national rejuvenation,China should be firm in cultural self-confidence in the process of opening up and participating in globalization,carry out exchanges through win-win cooperation,share China’s development opportunities,achievements and experiences with the world,actively seek cooperation opportunities,and construct China’s discourse power.Only by adhering to the Chinese road,the community of human destiny will be realized.
