养老是当前社会工作重要的工作领域,如何将养老事业与社会工作有机结合是目前中国社会工作应当关注的问题。在社会工作介入养老事业的发展过程中,出现了理论指导缺乏、服务层次较浅、城乡差距明显的问题。要想解决当前养老社会工作的问题,需要养老理论与实务融合发展、养老浅层与深层融合发展、城乡养老事业融合发展。

Pension is an important field of social work at present.How to combine pension and social work organically is a problem that should be paid attention to in Chinese social work.In the development of social work involved in old-age care,there are some problems such as lack of theoretical guidance,shallow service level and obvious gap between urban and rural areas.To solve the current problems of social work for the elderly,we need the integrated development of pension theory and practice,the integrated development of pension shallow and deep,and the integrated development of urban and rural pension services.
