妊娠期糖尿病孕妇个体化孕期体重管理和饮食控制对妊娠结局的影响

Effects of Individualized Pregnancy Weight Management and Diet Control on Pregnancy Outcomes in Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes

目的个体化孕期体重管理和饮食控制应用于妊娠期糖尿病孕妇之中,以此分析个体化孕期体重管理和饮食控制对妊娠结局的影响。方法选择门诊妊娠期糖尿病患者(纳入例数:200例,时间:2016年2月-2018年2月),行不同的管理方式:常规管理、个体化孕期体重管理和饮食控制。对应组别标记:对照组、研究组。对组间的产妇并发症发生率、餐后2 h血糖、甘油三酯、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇指标进行对比。结果研究组的产妇并发症发生率(8.00%)、餐后2 h血糖(7.33±1.23)mmol/L、甘油三酯(5.55±2.31)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(5.76±2.11)%、总胆固醇(2.21±0.77)mmol/L指标均低于对照组产妇并发症发生率、餐后2 h血糖、甘油三酯、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇指标分别为:23.00%、(11.32±1.56)mmol/L、(7.56±2.11)mmol/L、(7.96±2.32)%、(3.56±1.01)mmol/L(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病孕妇实施个体化孕期体重管理和饮食控制可以改善孕妇的血糖、血脂指标,并降低其并发症发生率,大大改善了孕妇的妊娠结局。

Objective To analyze the effects of individualized pregnancy weight management and diet control on pregnancy outcomes in gestational diabetic pregnant women.Methods Select outpatients with gestational diabetes(number of cases included:200,time:February 2016 to February 2018),and perform different management methods:routine management,individualized weight management during pregnancy,and diet control.Corresponding group mark:control group,study group.The incidences of maternal complications,2 h postprandial blood glucose,triglycerides,glycated hemoglobin,and total cholesterol were compared between groups.Results The incidence of maternal complications(8.00%),2 h postprandial blood glucose(7.33±1.23)mmol/L,triglycerides(5.55±2.31)mmol/L,glycated hemoglobin(5.76±2.11)%,total cholesterol(2.21±0.77)mmol/L indicators were lower than those in the control group the incidence of maternal complications,2 h postprandial blood glucose,triglycerides,glycated hemoglobin,and total cholesterol indicators were 23.00%,(11.32±1.56)mmol/L,(7.56±2.11)mmol/L,(7.96±2.32)%,(3.56±1.01)mmol/L(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of individualized pregnancy weight management and diet control in pregnant women with gestational diabetes can improve the blood glucose and lipid profile of pregnant women,reduce the incidence of complications,and greatly improve the pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women.
