糖尿病患者颈动脉狭窄与脑梗死的相关性研究

Correlation between Carotid Stenosis and Cerebral Infarction in Diabetic Patients

目的分析糖尿病患者颈动脉狭窄与脑梗死的相关性。方法回顾性分析2018年5月-2019年5月该院65例糖尿病并发脑梗死患者的临床资料,将其作为研究组。回顾性分析2018年5月-2019年5月该院65例非糖尿病并发脑梗死患者的临床资料,将其作为对照组。两组患者均接受数字减影血管造影技术(DSA)检查,比较两组患者颈动脉狭窄的发生情况,以及颈动脉狭窄程度。结果研究组中42例患者出现颈动脉狭窄,对照组28例患者出现颈动脉狭窄,研究组颈动脉狭窄的发生率64.62%高于对照组43.08%,结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组颈动脉中度狭窄的发生率54.76%高于对照组25.00%,结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),轻度狭窄的发生率11.90%低于对照组64.29%(P<0.01),两组重度与闭塞的发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病脑梗死患者颈动脉狭窄的发生率与狭窄程度均高于非糖尿病脑梗死患者。

Objective To analyze the correlation between carotid stenosis and cerebral infarction in patients with diabetes.Methods The clinical data of 65 patients with diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and used as the study group.The clinical data of 65 non-diabetic patients with cerebral infarction in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and this was used as a control group.Patients in both groups underwent digital subtraction angiography(DSA)to compare the occurrence of carotid stenosis and the degree of carotid stenosis in the two groups.Results Carotid artery stenosis occurred in 42 patients in the study group and carotid artery stenosis in 28 patients in the control group.The incidence of carotid stenosis in the study group was 64.62%higher than that in the control group 43.08%,with statistically significance difference(P<0.05).The incidence of moderate carotid stenosis in the study group was 54.76%higher than that of the control group 25.00%.The results were statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of mild stenosis 11.90%was lower than the control group 64.29%(P<0.01),There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of severe and occlusion between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The incidence and severity of carotid stenosis in patients with diabetic cerebral infarction are higher than those in patients with non-diabetic cerebral infarction.
