探析袖状胃切除术对肥胖合并2型糖尿病患者糖代谢和胃肠激素的影响

Effect of Sleeve Gastrectomy on Glucose Metabolism and Gastrointestinal Hormones in Obese Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的探析对肥胖合并2型糖尿病患者采用袖状胃切除术治疗对于其糖代谢及胃肠激素的影响。方法以2018年6月-2019年6月入该院治疗的54例肥胖合并2型糖尿病患者进行分析,依据患者意愿将其分为参照组(27例)与观察组(27例)。参照组予以常规综合治疗,观察组在常规基础上予以袖状胃切除术治疗。对比两组患者的体重指数(BMI)、糖代谢指标与胃肠激素指标变化。结果观察组患者治疗后的HbA1c(糖化血红蛋白)、空腹C肽、空腹血糖、BMI水平均低于参照组;观察组治疗后的胰岛素、胃泌素水平均低于参照组,GLP-1(胰高血糖素样多肽-1)水平高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论袖状胃切除术可有效改善肥胖合并2型糖尿病患者的糖代谢情况,调节其胃肠激素,促进患者体重和血糖的降低。

Objective To investigate the effect of sleeve gastrectomy on glucose metabolism and gastrointestinal hormones in obese patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 54 obese patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were analyzed.They were divided into the reference group(27 cases)and the observation group(27 cases)according to their wishes.The reference group received conventional comprehensive treatment,and the observation group received sleeve gastrectomy on a routine basis.The changes of body mass index(BMI),glucose metabolism index and gastrointestinal hormone index were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The levels of HbA1c(glycated hemoglobin),fasting C-peptide,fasting blood glucose,and BMI level of glucagon-like polypeptide-1 in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sleeve gastrectomy can effectively improve the glucose metabolism of obese patients with type 2 diabetes,regulate their gastrointestinal hormones,and promote the reduction of patients'weight and blood glucose.
