盐酸二甲双胍联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Metformin Hydrochloride Combined with Glimepiride in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨盐酸二甲双胍联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法将2017年7月-2019年7月间收治的80例2型糖尿病患者纳入研究,依据随机数表,将患者随机均分为对照组与观察组,各40例。予以对照组患者二甲双胍治疗,予以观察组患者二甲双胍联合格列美脲治疗,对其维持8周治疗。比较两组患者血糖、血压相关指标和不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为92.50%,对照组总有效率为80.00%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、体重指数、血脂指标均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应均处于较低水平,且差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用盐酸二甲双胍联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病具有理想的血糖控制效果,同时对于调节血压、血脂也有一定效用,并且不良反应发生较少,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metformin hydrochloride combined with glimepiride in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted between July 2017 and July 2019 were included in the study.According to the random number table,the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases each.Patients in the control group were treated with metformin,patients in the observation group were treated with metformin combined with glimepiride,and they were treated for 8 weeks.The blood glucose,blood pressure-related indicators,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.50%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 80.00%.The observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,body mass index,and blood lipids between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of the two groups were at a low level,and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of metformin hydrochloride combined with glimepiride has an ideal blood glucose control effect,and it also has certain effects on regulating blood pressure and blood lipids.It also has fewer adverse reactions and high safety.
