益气养阴补肾方联合阿卡波糖对老年糖尿病临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Yiqi Yangyin Bushen Recipe Combined with Acarbose on Senile Diabetes

目的探究对老年糖尿病患者运用益气养阴补肾方与阿卡波糖联合治疗的临床价值。方法选取于2017年12月-2019年5月该院收治的老年糖尿病患者98例,随机分为观察组(益气养阴补肾方与阿卡波糖联合治疗)和对照组(单纯阿卡波糖治疗)各49例。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率(91.84%)较高(χ^2=15.895,P<0.05),治疗后,观察组糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖和空腹血糖水平改善更明显(t=11.655、11.284、10.528,P<0.05),且两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.924,P>0.05)。结论对老年糖尿病患者运用益气养阴补肾方与阿卡波糖联合治疗后,在提高治疗效果,改善患者血糖水平的同时,还存在较低的不良反应发生率,其具有显著的临床价值。

Objective To explore the clinical value of Yiqi Yangyin Bushen Recipe combined with acarbose for elderly diabetic patients.Methods A total of 98 elderly diabetic patients treated in the hospital from December 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group(Yiqi Yangyin Bushen Recipe and Acarbose combined treatment)and the control group(Acarbose alone treatment)49 cases each.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(91.84%)was higher(χ^2=15.895,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of glycated hemoglobin,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and fasting blood glucose in the observation group improved more significantly(t=11.655,11.284,10.528,P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant difference(χ^2=0.924,P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yiqi Yangyin Bushen Recipe and acarbose for elderly diabetic patients can improve the treatment effect and improve the blood glucose level of patients,but also has a low incidence of adverse reactions,which has significant clinical value.
