维格列汀与美托洛尔联合治疗冠心病伴2型糖尿病的效果

The Effect of Combination of Vitagliptin and Metoprolol on Coronary Heart Disease with Type 2 Diabetes

目的对在冠心病合并2型糖尿病的临床治疗中应用维格列汀与美托洛尔联合治疗的效果进行探究。方法选择我院收治的冠心病伴2型糖尿病患者共计90例作为该次研究纳入的对象,按照随机数字表法将其划分为单一用药组和联合用药组,每组45例。采用美托洛尔治疗单一用药组患者,在此基础上,联合应用维格列汀治疗联合用药组患者。对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察和比较。结果在治疗前,联合用药组和单一用药组两组的空腹血糖值和餐后2 h血糖值比较均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在治疗后联合用药组的空腹血糖值和餐后2 h血糖值则明显优于单一用药组(P<0.05)。联合用药组的总有效率明显高于单一用药组(P<0.05)。结论采用维格列汀与美托洛尔联合治疗冠心病伴2型糖尿病具有很好的效果,可以有效改善患者心功能,降低其血糖水平。

Objective To explore the effect of combined treatment with vitagliptin and metoprolol in the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 90 patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes treated in the hospital were selected as the subjects included in this study.They were divided into single medication group and combined medication group according to the random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.Metoprolol was used to treat patients in the single-drug group,and on this basis,combined with vitagliptin was used to treat patients in the combined-drug group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose between the combined and single medication groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the combined group was significantly better than the single medication group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined drug group was significantly higher than that of the single drug group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of vitagliptin and metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease with type 2 diabetes mellitus has a very good effect,which can effectively improve the heart function of patients and reduce their blood glucose levels.
