二甲双胍和胰岛素对妊娠期糖尿病的治疗效果观察及对比

Observation and Comparison of Metformin and Insulin in the Treatment of Gestational Diabetes

目的对比分析二甲双胍和胰岛素对妊娠期糖尿病的治疗效果观察。方法该院妊娠期糖尿病患者中选取2018年8月-2019年8月共80例患者作为该次研究对象,以电脑随机的方法分为两组,即对照组和实验组。对照组采用胰岛素治疗,而实验组则采用二甲双胍治疗。对患者治疗后的效果和患者对护理的满意度、心理状态进行比较。分析治疗效果和统计学意义。结果实验组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组老年高血压合并糖尿病患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量(SDS)表得分分别为(45.2±4.3)分和(42.8±6.3)分,这两个评分均明显低于对照组的(56.3±7.5)分、(58.1±3.9)分(P<0.05)。结论以二甲双胍对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行治疗可以有效促进妊娠期糖尿病患者的治疗有效率,提高糖尿病患者的治疗满意度,减轻患者焦虑压抑感,在临床对妊娠期糖尿病患者的治疗中具有一定借鉴意义。

Objective To compare and analyze the therapeutic effects of metformin and insulin on gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 80 patients with gestational diabetes in the hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into two groups by computer random method,namely the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with insulin,while the experimental group was treated with metformin.Compare the effect of the treatment with the patient's satisfaction and psychological state.Analyze their treatment satisfaction and statistical significance.Results The treatment efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)was statistically significant.The elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes in the experimental group of the anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)and depression self-assessment scale(SDS)scores were(45.2±4.3)points and(42.8±6.3)points,both of which were significantly lower than the control group(56.3±7.5)points and(58.1±3.9)points(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of gestational diabetes patients with metformin can effectively promote the treatment efficiency of gestational diabetes patients,improve the treatment satisfaction of diabetics,reduce the anxiety and depression of patients,and have certain reference significance in the clinical treatment of gestational diabetes.
