健康教育干预应用于糖尿病伴高血压护理的临床干预效果观察及有效性分析

Observation and Effectiveness Analysis of Clinical Intervention of Health Education Intervention in Nursing of Diabetes with Hypertension

目的观察分析健康教育干预应用于糖尿病伴高血压护理的临床干预效果及其有效性。方法选取2018年7月-2019年7月期间该院收治的80例糖尿病伴高血压患者作为该次研究观察的对象,通过电脑分组法将患者分为对照组和实验组,每组各40例。对照组糖尿病伴高血压患者安排常规疾病护理工作,实验组患者在常规疾病护理的基础上增加健康教育干预的应用,分析对比两组患者的疾病知识掌握程度、药物依从性、饮食控制率和护理满意度的结果。结果实验组患者在常规疾病护理的基础上增加健康教育干预的应用,能够有效提高患者对于糖尿病伴高血压疾病的知识掌握度,提高患者的药物依从性和饮食控制率,同时,患者及其家属对医院的护理工作满意度也明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育干预应用于糖尿病伴高血压护理的临床干预效果较好,能够显著控制患者的病情,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical intervention effect and effectiveness of health education intervention in the treatment of diabetes with hypertension.Methods Eighty patients with diabetes and hypertension admitted in the hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.The patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group by computer grouping,with 40 patients in each group.Patients with diabetes and hypertension in the control group arranged routine disease nursing work.Patients in the experimental group increased the application of health education interventions on the basis of routine disease care.Analysis and comparison of disease knowledge,drug compliance,diet control rate,and care of the two groups of patients Satisfaction results.Results Patients in the experimental group increased the application of health education interventions on the basis of conventional disease care,which can effectively improve the patients'knowledge of diabetes and hypertension,and improve the patients'drug compliance and diet control rate.At the same time,patients and their families'satisfaction with the nursing work of the hospital was also significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education intervention applied to the nursing of diabetes with hypertension has a good clinical effect.It can significantly control the patient's condition and improve the quality of life of the patient.
