摘要
目的探讨全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理干预中的效果。方法选取该院118例糖尿病患者作为该次的研究对象,参照组:对实施常规护理服务:实验组:对患者实施全程健康教育模式。结果护理前,两组患者的血糖指标互比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,实验组患者血糖指标改善优于参照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在疾病知识掌握评分与配合度情况方面互比,实验组明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在护理满意率方面互比,实验组98.31%,参照组77.97%(P<0.05)。两组患者在低血糖发生率方面互比,实验组13.56%,参照组1.69%(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者开展全程健康教育模式临床护理效果理想,可保证治疗效果,快速稳控血糖,控制相关并发症的发生,增强患者自我保健能力,持续性提升其生活水平。
Objective To explore the effect of whole-course health education model in diabetes nursing intervention.Methods One hundred and eighteen diabetic patients in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.The reference group:the routine nursing service was implemented:the experimental group:the whole health education model was implemented for the patients.Results Before nursing,the blood glucose indexes of the two groups of patients were compared with each other and the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).After the nursing,the blood glucose indexes of the experimental group improved better than the reference group(P<0.05).The patients in the two groups were compared in terms of disease knowledge mastery score and cooperation degree,and the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Patients in the two groups were compared in terms of nursing satisfaction rate.The experimental group was 98.31%and the reference group was 77.97%(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the two groups was compared with each other.The experimental group was 13.56%and the reference group was 1.69%(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course health education model for diabetic patients has good clinical nursing effect,which can ensure the treatment effect,quickly and stably control blood glucose,control the occurrence of related complications,enhance patients'self-care ability,and continuously improve their living standards.
