健康教育临床护理路径用于糖尿病护理的效果探讨

目的探讨健康教育临床护理路径用于糖尿病护理的效果。方法研究时间2018年5月-2019年4月,收治糖尿病住院患者110例为研究对象,按照数字随机法分成两组;对照组患者采用常规护理,研究组开展健康教育临床护理路径。比较两组患者血糖指标控制情况,两组患者入院前后,糖尿病相关知识掌握情况评分。结果经护理干预后,对照组糖尿病相关知识掌握情况评分(82.16±2.09)分,研究组糖尿病相关知识掌握情况评分(91.27±2.15)分,研究组显著高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育临床护理路径用于糖尿病护理的效果显著,患者血糖控制效果较好,糖尿病相关知识掌握更扎实,临床护理满意度大大提高。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical education pathways for health care on diabetes care.Methods From May 2018 to April 2019,110 inpatients with diabetes mellitus were treated as research objects and divided into two groups according to the digital random method;patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the study group developed clinical education pathways for health education.The control of blood glucose index was compared between the two groups of patients.Before and after admission,the two groups scored on knowledge about diabetes.Results After the nursing intervention,the score of diabetes-related knowledge acquisition in the control group(82.16±2.09)points and the score of diabetes-related knowledge acquisition in the study group(91.27±2.15)points.The study group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway of health education has significant effects on diabetes care,patients have better blood glucose control,more solid knowledge of diabetes,and greatly improved clinical nursing satisfaction.
