护理干预对糖尿病合并白内障术后疗效的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Curative Effect of Diabetes Complicated with Cataract

目的研究护理干预对糖尿病合并白内障术后疗效的影响。方法抽调该院2018年3月-2019年3月期间治疗的糖尿病合并白内障患者84例,由于护理措施不同分为两组,均42例,其中对照组采取常规护理措施,研究组实施护理干预,观察两组患者血糖与并发症、眼压、视力情况。结果手术前两组患者血糖指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术前两组眼压、视力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术后研究组血糖指标低于对照组,研究组并发症11.90%低于对照组26.19%,手术后研究组眼压、视力优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病合并白内障术后,可实施护理干预,患者视力与眼压均好转,且血糖较为平稳,手术并发症较低,值得应用。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on the curative effect of diabetes combined with cataract.Methods Eighty-four diabetic patients with cataract treated in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected.They were divided into two groups due to different nursing measures.The control group took routine nursing measures,and the research group implemented nursing interventions.Blood glucose and complications,intraocular pressure,and visual acuity of the two groups of patients.Results There were no statistically significant differences in blood glucose indexes between the two groups of patients before surgery(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in intraocular pressure and visual acuity between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The postoperative blood glucose index was lower in the study group than in the control group.The IOP and visual acuity of the post-research group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can be implemented for patients with diabetes combined with cataract.Patients'vision and intraocular pressure are improved,blood glucose is stable,and surgical complications are low,which is worth applying.
