健康教育在儿童糖尿病护理中的临床疗效分析

目的探讨在儿童糖尿病患儿的护理过程中行健康教育的临床疗效。方法选择时间在2017年3月-2019年9月到该院接受治疗的糖尿病患儿,共60例。将所有患儿按照双盲法分为实验组和传统组,各30例。传统组给予传统的护理指导,实验组给予健康教育的护理指导,比较两组血糖水平以及患儿家属对于护理工作的满意程度。结果实验组患儿经过护理后的空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖水平均低于传统组,实验组患儿家属对于护理的满意程度28例(93.33%),明显高于传统组为22例(73.33%)(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患儿给予健康教育的护理指导,有效控制患儿血糖水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of health education in the nursing process of children with diabetes.Methods A total of 60 children with diabetes were selected for treatment in the hospital from March 2017 to September 2019.All children were divided into experimental group and traditional group according to double-blind method,30 cases each.The traditional group was given the traditional nursing guidance,the experimental group was given the health education nursing guidance,and the blood glucose levels of the two groups were compared with the satisfaction degree of the family members of the children.Results The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of the children in the experimental group were lower than those in the traditional group.The family satisfaction of the children in the experimental group was 28 cases(93.33%),which was significantly higher than the traditional group 22 cases(73.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing guidance for children with diabetes can effectively control blood glucose levels in children.
