VSD负压引流对感染性糖尿病足的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Negative Pressure Drainage of VSD on Infectious Diabetic Foot

目的该次以感染性糖尿病足患者为例,对VSD负压引流在其中的应用疗效进行分析评估。方法该次将该院于2018年2月-2019年1月收治的64例感染性糖尿病足患者作为研究的对象,以随机的方式分成两个不同的组别,每组32例;其中,对照组患者给予常规换药方法治疗,观察组患者则采取VSD负压引流方法治疗,进一步对两组临床治疗效果进行对比评价。结果①在治疗总有效率方面,观察组的93.75%,和对照组的75.00%比较显著更高(χ^2=10.276,P<0.05)。②观察组换药次数的(8.6±1.2)次,明显少于对照组的(23.8±1.3)次(t=10.283,P<0.05);观察组创口愈合时间、平均住院时间分别为(36.1±2.8)d、(20.7±1.1)d,均明显短于对照组的(53.9±2.9)d、(43.8±1.3)d(t=12.298、10.265,P <0.05);观察组平均住院费用为(25 480.5±80.6)元,明显低于对照组的(35 080±210.7)元(t=10.285,P<0.05)。结论在临床中,针对感染性糖尿病足患者,给予VSD负压引流方法治疗疗效显著,可促进创口愈合速度,缩短住院时间,改善足部动脉血流速度;因此,值得在临床治疗工作中采纳及应用。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of VSD negative pressure drainage in patients with infectious diabetic foot.Methods The 64 patients with infectious diabetic foot treated in the hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were taken as the research object.They were randomly divided into two different groups,with an average of 32 cases in each group;Patients in the control group were treated with conventional dressing changes,while patients in the observation group were treated with VSD negative pressure drainage,and the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were further evaluated.Results 1.In terms of total treatment effectiveness,93.75%of the observation group was significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group(χ^2=10.276,P<0.05).2.The number of dressing changes in the observation group was(8.6±1.2)times,which was significantly less than that in the control group(23.8±1.3)times(t=10.283,P<0.05).The wound healing time and average hospitalization time in the observation group were(36.1±2.8)d and(20.7±1.1)d were significantly shorter than(53.9±2.9)d and(43.8±1.3)d in the control group(t=12.298,10.265,P<0.05);the average hospitalization cost in the observation group was(25480.5±80.6)yuan,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(35080±210.7)yuan(t=10.285,P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,VSD negative pressure drainage is effective for patients with infectious diabetic foot,which can promote wound healing speed,shorten hospital stay,and improve blood flow velocity of foot artery.application.
