DR与CT在诊断糖尿病足中的应用价值对比观察

Comparative Observation of the Application Value of DR and CT in Diabetic Foot

目的研究DR与CT在诊断糖尿病足中的应用价值。方法该次纳入2016年1月-2019年7月收治的28例糖尿病足患者展开研究,所有患者均进行DR平片、CT检查,对比不同检查方式的诊断结果。结果 CT检查的诊断准确率(96.43%)明显高于DR平片检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DR平片检查可检出血管壁钙化情况,CT检查可以显示血管钙化情况及血管的狭窄率,CT对血管病变检出率高于DR;CT检查的骨质疏松、软组织病变检出率均优于DR检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CT检查在诊断糖尿病足中的准确率更高,相较于DR检查更具临床诊断价值。

Objective To study the application value of DR and CT in diabetic foot diagnosis.Methods This study included 28 diabetic foot patients treated from January 2016 to July 2019.All patients underwent plain radiography and CT examinations to compare the diagnosis results of different examination methods.Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of CT examination(96.43%)was significantly higher than that of DR plain film examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).DR plain film examination can detect the vascular calcification,and CT examination can show the vascular calcification and Vessel stenosis rate,CT detection rate of vascular lesions is higher than DR;CT detection of osteoporosis and soft tissue lesions are better than DR inspection,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CT examination is more accurate in diabetic foot diagnosis,and it has more clinical diagnostic value than DR examination.
