摘要
通过对粘贴钢板加固受弯型钢梁的受力分析,推导出粘贴钢板加固型钢梁在二次受力下的抗弯承载力计算公式。为验证该计算公式的准确性,进行了4根粘贴钢板加固工字型钢梁的静载试验,并设置对比梁为1根未加固型钢梁,将理论计算结果、试验结果和数值模拟结果进行对比分析。研究表明,粘贴钢板加固型钢梁的抗弯承载力随着钢板厚度的增加而提高,随着初始应力的提高而减小,所推导的抗弯承载能力计算公式的理论结果、数值模拟结果和试验结果相互吻合较好,表明该计算公式精度较高。
The calculation of the flexural capacity of steel beams strengthened by steel plate under secondary load was derived through mechanical analysis on flexural steel beams strengthened by steel plate.Four I-shaped steel beams strengthened by steel plate were tested under static loading to verify the proposed calculation formual.And one normal I-shaped steel beam was tested for comparison.The calculation results obtained from the proposed calculation formula,the experimental results and finite element analysis were compared.It is shown from the comparison that the flexural capcacity of steel beams strengthened by steel plate increases when the thickness of steel plate increases.The calculation results obtained from the proposed calculation formual agree well with the experimental results and finite element analysis,which means the proposed calculation formula has high accuracy.
