利用不可恢复蠕变柔量评价沥青自愈合性能 被引量:1

摘要 为找到能简便、准确评价沥青结合料自愈合能力的指标,采用特制试验环将70^#基质沥青制作出具有内部缺陷的双片组(3 mm+3 mm)和一次性制作的单片组(6 mm)试样,分别进行了不同试验温度、平行板间距、愈合时间和愈合温度条件下沥青样品的MSCR试验,并对比DSR温度扫描试验结果。研究发现,对于40℃保温2 min愈合的试样,在试验温度25℃、平行板间距5 mm时进行MSCR试验得到的不可恢复蠕变柔量之比(SJnr)可作为沥青结合料自愈合性能的评价指标,为表征沥青结合料的自愈合性能,提供了一种新的试验方法和评价指标。 In order to find an indicator that can easily and accurately evaluate the self-healing ability of asphalt binder,70^# matrix asphalt specimens of double-piece groups(3 mm+3 mm)poured in parts and monolithic groups(6 mm)made by the special test rings were used to study the healing properties of asphalt binder with MSCR test procedure.The test conditions include different test temperature,parallel plate spacing,healing time and temperature.The DSR temperature scanning test results were compared for asphalt binder.It is found that the SJnr can be used as an evaluation indicator at 25℃ of test temperature and 5 mm of parallel plate spacing for the self-healing properties of asphalt binders under the conditions of healing at 40℃ duration 2 min.A new test procedure and evaluation indicator is proposed to characterize the self-healing properties of asphalt binder.
