交通荷载对高速公路使用寿命和养护特性的影响分析

The Traffic Load Impact Analysis on Service Life and Maintenance Characteristics of Expressway

从路面性能衰变的“负指数”模型和性能影响因子的生长曲线出发,分析交通荷载对高速公路使用寿命和养护特性的影响,研究推导出理想状态下公路使用寿命、服务效果和养护费用随交通荷载增长的变化关系回归计算式,推导出的回归计算式由轴载比x的幂指数和指数函数的乘积构成。针对幂指数回归方法中估计寿命损失值偏低,而评估服务效果和养护费用增长过高的问题,通过临长高速公路养护实例进行验证可得,推导出的回归计算式准确率高、适用性强,最后,分析验证了重载交通下高速公路具有病害发展快、性能下降快、养护费用和优先级高的养护特征,提出了公路管理部门制定养护计划的相关建议。

Traffic load is not only the cause of expressway disease but also its service object.In order to analyze the impact of traffic load on the service life and maintenance characteristics of expressway,the paper on basis of the negative index"model of road performance decay and the growth curve of performance impact factor,deriving the calculation formula of the relationship between the service life,service effect and maintenance cost of the road with the increase of traffic load under ideal conditions,then expounding their variation law and comparing results with the existed power exponential regression method.The results show that the calculation formula is composed of the product of the power exponent and exponential function of the axle load ratio x.when the traffic load increases,the pavement life cycle will decrease while its service effect and maintenance costs will increase continuously.However,the expressway maintenance plan will be disturbed when use power exponential regression method,which not only underestimates the life loss but also overestimates service effect and maintenance costs.Through the analysis of Linchang Expressway,it is verified that the heavy traffic leads to the expressway having a high level on disease development,performance degradation,maintenance cost and priority.Finally,the maintenance plan from the angle of expressway management department has been proposed.
