摘要
SBS改性沥青与橡胶沥青各有自身的优缺点,SBS改性沥青性能优良可价格较高,橡胶沥青环保且成本低,可性能不稳定,因此,道路工作者提出了SBS-胶粉复合改性沥青的改进技术。针对SBS-橡胶粉复合改性过程中使用的原材料进行优选,确定适合复合改性的基质沥青类型、SBS种类、橡胶粉细度、用量和种类、稳定剂、相容剂。通过原材料优选,确定了合理的复合改性沥青材料组成。
SBS modified asphalt and crumb rubber(CR)modified asphalt has it's own advantages and disadvantages.For example.the SBS modified asphalt has excellent performance,but high price,CR modified asphalt is environmentally friendly and low in cost,but it's performance is not stable.Therefore,researchers proposed SBS-CR composite modified asphalt.This paper is about optimum selection of raw materials of SBS-CR composite modified asphalt,mainly including matrix asphalt,SBS,crumb rubber,stabilizer,compatibilizer and so on.After selection of raw materials,we define composition of composite modified asphalt.
