摘要
目的:观察中西医结合护理新型冠状病毒肺炎的疗效。方法:新型冠状病毒肺炎普通型患者在西医治疗的基础上给予疏风清热、宣肺止咳中药;重型、危重型患者在西医治疗的基础上给予解毒泄肺、益气固脱中药;恢复期患者以滋养肺胃,培土生金为主。根据患者不同临床症状,给予针灸治疗和辨证施护,如发热护理、呼吸道护理、消化道护理、睡眠护理、管路护理、生活起居护理、用药护理、饮食护理、健康教育等。结果:60例患者中,死亡3例,2例死因为急性心肌梗死,1例死因为呼吸衰竭。其余均符合新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行第七版)出院标准出院。结论:中西医结合护理新型冠状病毒肺炎患者,可明显改善临床症状,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To observe the nursing curative effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing oncorona virus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods:For patients with COVID-19 of common type,we gave them medicinals for dispersing wind and clearing heat,dispersing lung qi and stopping cough based on Western medicine treatment.For the ones of severe or critical type,they were treated with medicinals for purging toxin in the lung,replenishing qi and consolidating collapse.For the ones in recovery stage,the treatment focused on nourishing the lung and stomach,banking up earth to generate metal.According to the different clinical symptoms of the patients,acupuncture and moxibustion,symptomatic nursing were properly used,such as fever nursing,respiratory nursing,digestive tract nursing,sleep nursing,pipeline nursing,daily life nursing,medication nursing,diet nursing,health education,etc.Results:Among the 60 patients,3 died,2 died of acute myocardial infarction and 1 died of respiratory failure.The rest met the COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment plan(Trial Seventh Edition)[1]and discharged-from-hospital standard.The clinical symptoms of the patients improved significantly,and the nursing satisfaction was high.Conclusion:In terms of treating COVID-19,integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and patients'satisfaction is high.
