叙事护理新型冠状病毒肺炎60例疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Narrative Nursing on Sixty Cases of COVID-19

目的:观察叙事护理应用于新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19,简称新冠肺炎)的护理疗效。方法:选取2020年1月27日至3月8日国家第二批援鄂中医医疗队在湖北省中西医结合医院呼吸科病区,收治的60例新冠肺炎患者为研究对象,采用叙事护理,比较叙事护理前后焦虑抑郁评分、焦虑抑郁程度,调查护理满意度。结果:60例患者,非常满意60例,满意0例,不满意0例,满意度为100.00%。新冠肺炎患者叙事护理前焦虑抑郁评分为(17.12±6.06)分,叙事护理后焦虑抑郁评分为(7.00±2.87)分,叙事护理前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。新冠肺炎患者叙事护理前,无症状6例,轻度焦虑抑郁2例,中度焦虑抑郁12例,重度焦虑抑郁40例;叙事护理后,无症状35例,轻度焦虑抑郁17例,中度焦虑抑郁8例,重度焦虑抑郁0例。叙事护理前后,患者焦虑抑郁程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对新冠肺炎患者实施叙事护理,不仅能有效缓解患者焦虑抑郁情绪,还可提高护理满意度。

Objective:To observe the nursing curative effect of narrative nursing on sixty cases of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods:A total of 60 patients with COVID-19 were selected from the Department of Respiration of Hubei Integrated Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine treated by the second batch of National TCM Team in Hubei Province from January 27,2020 to March 8th as the research objects.Narrative care was adopted.The scores of anxiety and depression,the degree of anxiety and depression and nursing satisfaction before and after narrative nursing were compared.Results:Among the 60 patients,60 were very satisfied,0 satisfied,0 dissatisfied,and the satisfaction rate was 100.00%.The score of anxiety and depression before narration nursing was(17.12±6.06),and(7.00±2.87)after narrative nursing,there was a significant difference between before and after narrative nursing(P<0.05).Before narrative nursing,there were 6 cases without symptoms,2 cases with mild anxiety and depression,12 cases with moderate anxiety and depression,40 cases with severe anxiety and depression;after narrative nursing,there were 35 cases without symptoms,17 cases with mild anxiety and depression,8 cases with moderate anxiety and depression,and 0 case with severe anxiety and depression.Before and after narrative nursing,there was a significant difference in anxiety and depression(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating COVID-19,narrative nursing can not only effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients,but also improve nursing satisfaction.
