柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗失眠Meta分析

A Meta Analysis on the Treatment of Insomnia with Modified Bupleurum and Os Draconis and Concha Ostreae Decotion

目的:系统评价柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、Pubmed等数据库,检索柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗失眠的临床随机对照研究,筛选符合要求的文献,运用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:检索并筛选符合纳入标准的文献22篇。Meta分析结果显示,柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗失眠的有效率高于对照组[OR=4.36,95%CI(3.29,5.78)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.00001)。结论:柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗失眠疗效确切,且未见明显不良反应。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of modified Bupleurum and Os Draconis and Concha Ostreae Decotion on insomnia.Method:The databases of CNKI,Wanfang and PubMed were searched,the clinical randomized controlled study on the treatment of insomnia by modified Bupleurum and Os Draconis and Concha Ostreae Decotion,selects the literature that meets the requirements,and uses RevMan5.3 software for Meta analysis.Results:22 documents that meet the inclusion criteria were searched and selected.The results of Meta analysis display that the effective rate of modified Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction in the treatment of insomnia was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant[OR=4.36,95%CI(3.29,5.78),P<0.00001].Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Bupleurum and Os Draconis and Concha Ostreae Decotion on insomnia is definite,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.
