耳-体穴电针疗法对急性尿潴留大鼠膀胱功能及细胞凋亡率的影响 被引量:2

The Influence of Electroacupuncture of Ear-Body Points on Bladder Function and Apoptosis Rate in Rats with Acute Urinary Retention

摘要 目的:探讨耳-体穴电针疗法对急性尿潴留大鼠膀胱功能及细胞凋亡率的影响。方法:将32只SD大鼠按照随机数字表法分为正常组、模型组、耳-体穴电针组和非穴位电针组,每组各8只。除正常组大鼠外,其余3组均以生理盐水进行膀胱灌注,建立大鼠急性尿潴留模型。正常组、模型组不予干预,耳-体穴电针组及非穴位电针组均在造模前1 h电针干预,耳-体穴电针组取双侧膀胱(耳穴)和关元穴(体穴);非穴位电针组在双侧膀胱(耳穴)和关元穴(体穴)旁开约0.5 cm处作为对照电针刺激。比较各组大鼠膀胱容量、最大逼尿肌收缩压及逼尿肌细胞凋亡率变化情况。结果:造模后模型组、耳-体穴电针组及非穴位电针组膀胱容量及最大逼尿肌收缩压均低于造模前,且耳-体穴电针组造模后膀胱容量及最大逼尿肌收缩压高于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。耳-体穴电针组逼尿肌细胞凋亡率低于模型组及非穴位电针组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);非穴位电针组细胞凋亡率低于模型组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:耳-体穴电针疗法有助于急性尿潴留大鼠膀胱功能恢复,减少膀胱逼尿肌细胞的凋亡。 Objective:To observe the influence of electroacupuncture at auricular points and body acupuncture points on bladder function and apoptosis rate in rats with acute urinary retention.Methods:A total of 32 SD rats were divided into the normal group,the model group,auricular-body-point electroacupuncture group and non-point electroacupuncture group according to the random number table method,with 8 cases in each group.In addition to the rats in the normal group,the other 3 groups were perfused with saline for bladder perfusion and acute urinary retention model in rats were established.The normal group and the model group were not intervened.Auricular-body-point electroacupuncture group and non-point electroacupuncture group were all intervened one hour before the model was made.In auricular-body-point electroacupuncture group,bilateral bladder(auricular point)and Guanyuan(BL 26,body point)were selected.In non-point electroacupuncture group,the places 0.5 cm away from bilateral bladder(auricular point)and Guanyuan(BL 26,body point)were opened for the control electroacupuncture stimulation.The bladder volume,the maximum detrusor systolic pressure and the apoptosis rate of detrusor cells were compared between the groups.Results:After model establishment,the bladder volume and the maximum detrusor systolic pressure of the model group,the auricularbody-point electroacupuncture group and the non-point electroacupuncture group were lower than those before model establishment.After having modelled,the bladder volume and maximum detrusor pressure in the ear-body point electroacupuncture group were significantly higher than those in the model group,and all the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The apoptosis rate of detrusor cells in auricular-body-point group was lower than that in the model group and the non-point electroacupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The apoptosis rate of non point electroacupuncture group was lower than that of model group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Auricular-body-point electroacupuncture can restore the bladder function of acute urinary retention rats and reduce the apoptosis of bladder detrusor cells.
