基于CiteSpace的心肾相交知识图谱可视化分析

A Visual Analysis of Knowledge Map of Heart-Kidney Interaction Based on CiteSpace

目的:对心肾相交相关文献进行文献计量分析及可视化分析,探究心肾相交研究领域的研究现状、研究热点和研究趋势。方法:以中国知网期刊数据库为数据来源,利用CiteSpace对心肾相交相关研究的作者、机构和关键词进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入文献1104篇,年发文量呈现直线上升趋势。作者合作网络得到以刘雁峰、李跃华、辛明蔚等为核心的3个稳定团队图谱;北京中医药大学、山东中医药大学、天津中医药大学是研究的主要机构。心肾相交研究涉及的疾病主要有失眠、更年期综合征;主要方剂有交泰丸、黄连阿胶汤;涉及的治疗方法有针灸治疗和中药治疗。近5年突现的关键词是中医疗法、不寐、交通心肾法、中医药治疗、临床经验、心肾不交证等。结论:心肾相交的研究热点主要以失眠、更年期综合征的中医药治疗为主,且已形成相对稳定的若干研究团队,但不同团队及机构间的研究比较分散,今后需要加强合作,进行多学科、多中心的研究。

Objective:To explore the current research situation,research hotspot and research trend in the field of heart-kidney interaction through the bibliometric analysis and visual analysis of the related literature.Methods:Based on the CNKI journal database,CiteSpace was used to analyze the authors,organizations and keywords of heart-kidney interaction.Results:A total of 1,104 articles were included,and the annual circulation showed a linear upward trend.The author and the network worked together to get three stable team maps with Liu Yan-feng,Li Yue-hua and Xin Ming-wei as the core.Beijing University of CM,Shandong University of CM and Tianjin University of TCM were the main research institutions.The diseases involved in the study of heart-kidney interaction mainly included insomnia and climacteric syndrome.The main prescriptions included Heart-Kidney Interaction Pill and Coptis and Colla Corii Asini Decoction.The treatment methods involved included acupuncture and TCM.In the past five years,the key words of emergence included TCM therapy,insomnia,heart-kidney interaction method,Chinese medicial treatment,clinical experience,non-interaction between heart and kidney,etc.Conclusion:At present,the research center of heart-kidney interaction mainly focuses on the treatment of insomnia and menopause syndrome with TCM,and a number of relatively stable research teams have been formed,but the research of different teams and institutions is relatively scattered,so it is necessary to strengthen cooperation and conduct multi-disciplinary and multi-center research in the future.
