认知心理干预疗法对艾滋病患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

The Influence of Cognitive Psychological Intervention on the Mental State and Quality of Life of AIDS Patients

目的:观察认知心理干预疗法对艾滋病(acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法:选择120例AIDS住院患者为研究对象,分为干预组和对照组,每组60例。两组患者均给予相应的高效抗反转录病毒治疗及并发症的对症治疗,对照组不给予认知心理干预疗法治疗,干预组给予认知心理干预疗法治疗。比较两组患者干预前后心理状态及生活质量评分。结果:干预组在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、人际关系、强迫、偏执、精神病性、饮食及睡眠因子、阳性项目数得分均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组躯体化得分低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余各因子均无明显改善。干预组患者干预后生活质量评分高于本组干预前及对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组各项评分与干预前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:认知心理干预治疗AIDS,能够有效改善患者心理状态,提高其生活质量。

Objective:To observe the influence of cognitive psychological intervention on the mental state and quality of life of AIDS patients.Methods:A total of 120 AIDS hospitalized patients were divided into the intervention group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.All the patients in the two groups were given the corresponding high-efficiency antiretroviral therapy and symptomatic treatment of complications,the control group was not given cognitive psychological intervention therapy,but the intervention group was additionally given cognitive psychological intervention therapy.Then the scores of the mental state and quality of life of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results:The scores of somatization,depression,anxiety,interpersonal relationship,obsession,paranoia,psychosis,diet and sleep factors,and the number of positive items in the intervention group were lower than those before the intervention,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The somatization score of the control group was lower than that before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the other factors were not significantly improved.The quality of life score in the intervention group was significantly higher than that before the intervention(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in each item's score between the scores of the control group and that before the intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating AIDS,cognitive psychological intervention therapy can effectively improve the mental state of patients and improve their quality of life.
