中西医治疗慢性肾功能衰竭合并便秘研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure Combined with Constipation by Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

便秘是慢性肾功能衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)常见的并发症之一,治疗方法包括:中医内治法、中医外治法、针灸推拿疗法、西医疗法、饮食干预等。临床多采用中西医结合治疗,可有效改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者的便秘症状,进而降低患者体内毒素水平,但仍存在临床疗效不显著等问题,且中医药针对慢性肾功能衰竭合并肠功能紊乱的治疗机制尚需进一步探讨。因此,探索中医药靶点性改善慢性肾脏病患者肠动力及肠道微生态环境等,将成为今后临床及科研重要研究方向。

Constipation is one of the common complications of chronic renal failure(CRF).Its treatment methods include internal treatment of TCM,external treatment of TCM,acupuncture and moxibustion and massage;Western intervention;diet intervention and so on.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively improve the constipation symptoms of patients with CRF,and then reduce the level of toxins in patients,but there are still problems,for example,the clinical effect is not significant,and there is still research space for the treatment mechanism of TCM for CRF combined with intestinal dysfunction.Therefore,it will be an important direction of clinical and scientific research in the future to explore the target of TCM to improve the intestinal motility and micro ecological environment of patients with CRF.
