模面热切式造粒机在PET生产中的应用及异常分析

摘要 本文针对模面热切式造粒机在PET生产应用中出现的几种常见异常粒子,分析了产生的原因,通过对切刀转速、工艺水水温、模板压力的调整,问题得以有效解决;同时分析了模面热切式造粒机常见故障原因,通过对切刀刀片、模板加热法兰等进行结构优化改进,延长了造粒机运行周期,节约了备件成本。 In this paper,several common abnormal particles in the first application of PET production of mold surface hot pelletizer were analyzed.The problems had been solved effectively through the adjustment of cutter speed,process water temperature and template pressure.The common causes of failure of the pelletizer were also analyzed.In order to save spare parts costs,we should extend the operation cycle of the pelletizer by optimizing the structure of cutter blade and heating flange of template.
