光度法测定聚酯切片端羧基含量的方法条件优化 被引量:2

摘要 容量法测定有色聚酯的端羧基时存在滴定终点无法判断的困扰,本论文使用光度法从溶液搅拌速度、空白溶剂测定、混合溶剂选择、标准滴定液稳定性等方面对聚酯切片端羧基测试结果的准确性展开研究,并探讨了在有色聚酯端羧基测定中的应用。光度法测定结果的准确度较好,解决了容量法无法测定有色聚酯端羧基的困扰,也避免容量法因人为因素导致的分析误差。 It is difficult to judge the end point of titration when determining the carboxyl end group of colored modified polyester by volumetric method.Photometric method was used to study the accuracy of end carboxyl group test result of polyester chips from the aspects of stirring speed,determination of blank solution,selection of mixed solvent and stability of the standard titrate solution,and its application in determination of carboxyl end group of colored polyester.The accuracy of photometric method was better,which solved the problem that the volumetric method could not determine the carboxyl terminal group of colored modified polyester,and also avoided the analysis error caused by human factors in the volumetric method.
