摘要 传统方式对复杂的盾构刀盘参数化模型进行有限元分析时,需要大量的手动干预,整个分析过程冗繁且效率低下。针对这一缺陷,提出有限元分析模型自动构建的方法,即简化盾构刀盘模型并对其进行模型评价后可自动生成有限元分析模型。基于盾构刀盘参数化设计系统,应用二次开发原理与数据库技术,增添了SolidWorks与ANSYS之间通用化的自动接口,实现了参数化设计和有限元分析一体化的功能。通过有限元模型的构建实例表明:只需在交互式界面输入关键参数,不仅可完成整个盾构刀盘的设计,而且还能实现有限元分析模型的自动构建,极大地减少了产品设计和优化的工作量,缩短了其研发周期。 In the traditional way,the finite project analysis of the complex shield cutter head parameterization model requires a lot of manual intervention,and the whole analysis process is tedious and inefficient.Aiming at this defect,the method of automatic construction of finite element analysis model is proposed,which is to simplify the shield cutter head model and evaluate the model to automatically generate the finite project analysis model.Based on the parameterized design system of shield cutter head,the secondary development principle and database technology are applied,and the universal automatic interface between SolidWorks and ANSYS is added,which realizes the integration of parametric design and finite project analysis.The construction example of the finite project model shows that only to input the key parameters into the interactive interface can not only complete the design of the entire shield cutter head,but also realize the automatic construction of the finite project analysis model,which greatly reduces the workload of product design and optimization,as well as the development cycle has been shortened.
