摘要
在日益激烈的竞争环境中,海外管道项目比拼的是盈利能力。本文以印度JHPL项目为例,从多个方面着手,做好成本控制控制,优化资源配置,实现项目盈利的初心。
In the increasingly fierce competition environment,overseas pipeline projects compete for profitability.This paper takes JHPL project in India as an example,starting from many aspects,to do a good job in cost control,optimize resource allocation,and realize the initial intention of project profitability.
