This paper analyzes the characteristics of the types of actual controllers in family enterprises in China,deeply analyzes the influence of the actual controllers of different power types and different relationships on the business performance of family enterprises,and puts forward suggestions to improve the combination of different types of actual controllers to improve the business performance of family enterprises.
