With the increase of urban population and the deepening of urban construction,urban rail transit,as an important urban infrastructure,has begun to spread in more and more cities.The construction of subway projects consumes a lot of manpower and material resources,the construction methods are diverse,and the construction conditions are very different.Therefore,as the construction side of subway engineering,it is imperative to find a scientific and reasonable subway construction management method,which is not only a guarantee for the quality of the project,but also a guarantee for the safety of the people.From the perspective of the construction side,this article attempts to find an effective method of metro engineering quality control through the discussion of metro construction methods,which can be extended to engineering practice.
